The care and support worker on the Deeangels team is there to help people who are struggling with health challenges. The support worker will provide peace of mind, compassion in times of need, as well as assistances with some household tasks for those suffering from mental illness or physical ailments

Duties of a home caregiver
- It is very important to set up home and maintain a clean space
- Maintain a semblance of professionalism at all times in the name of the company.
- Always be kind and show respect to all clients when you come into contact
- Knowledge of operating various equipments and apparatus in a care home
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Build a rapport and cultivate a close working relationship with services users and colleagues.
- You are the face of our company; ensure that your uniform is maintained to a professional standard.
- Always following company policy and procedures
- To promote the Deeangels Care Ltd and its excellent work in a positive light at all times.
- Take pride and be committed to provide compassionate person-centred care and support to clients in their homes or outdoors
- Be happy to do whatever is necessary for the success of this company and the wellbeing of those under your care.
- If you notice or encounter any abuse, report it immediately to your registered manager or nominated person. No hesitation!
